DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:   Helicopter impacted power lines approximate at 100 ft AGL in a canyon near Reynold’s Creek, Idaho

LOCATION OF ROTORCRAFT:  The helicopter is stored at All Terrain Aircraft, Pendleton, Oregon.
