DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: N194CT was taking off from Apopka Airport (X04), Florida and the pilot lost control, left the runway and impacted a nearby berm.
DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES: Damage includes but may not be limited to the following:
All prop blades & engine experienced a prop strike
All landing gear are damaged
Fuselage has numerous areas of damage including (but not limited to) deformation in front of the windshield at the firewall, above both wings, and the belly
