Kelowna International Airport (YLW), British Columbia, Canada

A WestJet twin-prop was also able to land and it looks like conditions are starting to clear.

However, one WestJet flight 3224 has been diverted to Edmonton airport due to a lack of fuel.

The Kelowna International Airport is now filling up with anxious passengers waiting to board.

Passengers of cancelled flights must now go back through security to try to catch another flight.

Air Canada has two more flights circling the airport, hoping to attempt to land soon.

Airlines, WestJet and Air Canada are currently unable to land at YLW Kelowna Airport due to poor visibility.

Both airlines have planes currently circling the airport waiting for the fog to clear.

YLW announced just before 10 a.m. that Air Canada's Flight 8406 announced it has enough fuel to circle airport for 45 minutes and then must land somewhere else.

At about 10:10 a.m., WestJest announced it hopes to land within the next 10 minutes.

Several flights are now delayed from both airlines.
