Plane lands safely at Palm Beach International Airport (KPBI) after reporting mechanical problems

WEST PALM BEACH — 

A pilot landed a private jet safely at Palm Beach International Airport Thursday night after reporting landing gear problems, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said.

Four people were on board a Cessna Citation when the problem was reported just after 9 p.m. The aircraft was landed without incident and there were no injuries reported, said Capt. Albert Borroto, spokesman for Fire Rescue.
