A small yellow plane that crashed in Keystone Lake near Prue, Oklahoma, was recovered on August 28.

Around 1:45 p.m. the plane was completely removed from the water, and onto a boat ramp.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the plane was lifted on a private ramp in Sand Springs near Dotson Road.

The towing company stated that the wings of the plane will need to be removed in order to tow it safely.

On August 27 around 9 a.m., a pilot and passenger were in the plane, flying low.

OHP says it struck a power line which caused them to hit the water.

OHP confirmed there were two in the plane that escaped and were eventually transported.

The pilot has a fractured back but is said to be in stable condition. His passenger was treated and released.
