DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:  The aircraft was landed gear up and slid on the runway. Both propellers struck the runway under power.

DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGE:    The damage includes but may not be limited to the following:

Both engine nacelles and associated lower intakes and inlets are damaged.

Both main landing gear door sets (inner and outer) are assumed to be damaged.

The lower right side of the fuselage just aft of the nose section is damaged from propeller thrown debris.

Although we have limited access due to the aircraft resting on dolly, it appears that the nose gear doors, belly, and belly mounted antennas are damaged.

Both propellers struck the runway and are destroyed.

Both engines will require prop strike inspections.

Damage from the recovery includes:

Leading edge damage to both wings.

Damage to the right flap, right aileron, and attach point.

Left flap and inboard flap attach point.
LOCATION OF AIRCRAFT:    The aircraft is located at Dolphin Aviation, Sarasota Florida
