    1. Well yeah the Mooney has a lot less prop ground clearance than other singles for obvious reasons. But it is no less landing accident prone than any other aircraft out there...it is just less forgiving. You can't get away with a botched landing in a Mooney with no propeller strike like you can in say a Bonanza or 182.
