The government of Guatemala has notified the NTSB of an accident involving a NORTH AMERICAN T28 airplane that occurred on March 10, 2019. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the government of Guatemala's investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13.

All investigative information will be released by the government of Guatemala.

Reckless flying. Thankfully no innocents were killed who were probably a wingspan or two away from possible death.
