(Cleveland)- One person received minor injuries when an ultralight aircraft with two people on board crashed Friday night east of Cleveland.
White County Public Safety Director David Murphy said Saturday afternoon, an ambulance was dispatched to the location at 4879 Highway 115 East of Cleveland Friday night.
Murphy said a passenger was injured in the crash, he was checked out by White County EMS.
For some unexplained reason, according to Murphy, the aircraft crash was not properly reported until Saturday morning.
Murphy said that the scene has been secured and turned over to White County Sheriff’s Office, who along with the FAA will be investigating.
