  1. How many Honda Jets have made similar excursions? Seems I have read about quite a few.

  2. 6000’ runway. No reverse thrusters. Didn’t look at conditions but coming in a little high or hot actually makes for a challenging landing. You need to be right on the numbers without reverse thrusters. A number of these types have done the exact same thing if you do a search on this website. I doubt it was a gust of wind. Just my opinion and I could be wrong. I did go for demo ride and it’s a very nice aircraft. They told me my low altitude home airport at 5000’ Is marginal in adverse weather.
    conditions.

    1. The METAR that day/time had an 80 degree crosswind gusting to 30 ahead of rain an hour or two later. That's a little much for anyone.

  3. All pilots like reversers . Wonder why Honda did not add reversers ? Several Honda Jets have run off runway . Maybe good aftermarket products idea ? Better idea than Citation active winglets that have caused some crashes but keep selling

  4. It needs spoilers more than anything. Reverse would be a luxury

  5. This is 4th one for this Company. I fly the HJ, 20kt xwind hard limit. Wrong decision, probably pushed to do it, I used to work there. Always pushing vs safety. They just had runway incursion in GSO as well.
