PALESTINE, TX (KLTV) - An SUV wreck killed one person in Anderson County over the weekend.

Shortly before 1:30 am Sunday, a Chevy Tahoe driven by Erik Green of Arlington, crossed the center line on highway 287 south of FM 1817 near Elkhart and collided with another SUV.

A passenger in that SUV, Betsy Salazar, 40, of Waco was killed and three others were injured; 24-year-old Leubin Garcia is in serious condition, 22-year-old Anna Pecina and 21-year-old Marysol Pecina, both in critical condition at a Palestine hospital.
