Whiteford Township Fire Department #2
June 26, 2020 

Whiteford Fire was dispatched to Toledo Suburban Airport for a reported plane crash. Whiteford Engine 2 and Tanker 2 were out on US23 for a car fire already. We requested Bedford and Ottawa Lake for assistance. Whiteford Chief 1 arrived and found the plane upright with the pilot out of the plane. The plane had performed a gear up landing and came to rest on the runway. We are happy to report that there were no injuries.
