SANFORD, Maine —A new flight training school is operating at the Sanford Seacoast Regional Airport.
Dash Aviation, which opened March 1, offers an accelerated program for pilots who need training in multi-engine aircraft.
Jake
Speidel, who owns the flight school with his father, Patrick, says the
school fills a much-needed void in the New England area, with the only
other training of its kind offered in Connecticut.
The program is
very comprehensive, designed for students to complete the training in
two to three days and guaranteeing them seven hours of flight time.
With the addition of Dash Aviation, the Sanford Airport now has three flight schools.
