  1. Seems highly irregular..

"According to the Carter County Emergency Management Agency, at around 2:50 pm, a small plane lost engine power and landed on US Highway 60, just west of Ellsinore. Shortly after, a second plane, who was flying with the disabled plane, also landed on US Highway 60.

Both pilots were from Arkansas and were flying from Poplar Bluff to West Plains. There were no injuries reported."

  2. The yahoo pilot of the 180 who also landed is an idiot and should have his license suspended. Completely unnecessary non-emergency off-airport landing in a public place. Highway 60 is a crucial 4-lane divided highway route that covers southern Missouri from I-55 that connects Memphis to St. Louis and I-44 in the southwest that goes through Springfield. What did he think he was in, some sort of movie?
